La Prévôté - Luxury Chambres d'hôtes & Gastronomic Restaurant
About this property
La Prévôté – Luxury Chambres d’Hôtes & Gastronomic Restaurant is located in the historic centre of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, directly on the River Sorgue. Set within a former 17th-century convent, this intimate property combines historic Provençal character with individually designed accommodation and gastronomic dining.
Gastronomic Restaurant – Le Rêve de Fusion by La Prévôté
Recognized by Gault & Millau and a recipient of the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award, La Prévôté offers a distinctive gastronomic experience in the heart of Provence.
Our cuisine celebrates harmony between Provence and India, combining seasonal Provençal ingredients with French and Indian culinary techniques and nuanced Indian flavours. Spices are used with balance and precision – never to overwhelm, but to bring depth, aroma and character to each dish. A carefully selected wine list complements the experience.
La Prévôté features just five individually designed guest rooms and suites, each with its own character and period details. Rooms include a private bathroom and TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Located in the heart of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, La Prévôté is within easy reach of the town’s renowned antique shops, galleries and markets. The surrounding Provençal countryside also offers opportunities for cycling, hiking and exploring the villages of the Luberon.
