+ We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, thanks to the incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful owner. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, with easy driving access to the coastline, Monaco, and Eze, making it a great base for exploring the area. While the route to the apartment is narrow and steep, we quickly got used to it, and it was easily manageable. Overall, a wonderful experience that we’d happily recommend! + The host was really wonderful. Very friendly and polite and you could tell that he really wanted his guests to be happy at his accomodations. We arrived quite late at night (at around 11 PM) and he waited for us and helped with parking and the access to the studio room. The location was convenient. As other guests commented, it's a steep acces road, but it was doable with no major problems. The host was really wonderful. - There was a very strong chemical smell in the room. I suspect from overusing some cleaning detergent or spray. We tried to keep the sliding glass door for about 2h before going to bed, hoping the smell will dissipate, but it still remained very strong, thus very unpleasant. We were not given any blanket, just a sheet for covering. It was too late at night to try to call the owner and ask for a blanket. Also the sheets were made of some synthetic fabric that felt uncomfortable. I would recommend providing a blanket and cotton sheets. I hesitated about writing this negative part of the review, because the host was truly a very nice person. But I finally decided to write, because I think this feedback might actually be helpful for the host to make some improvements that will ensure all his future guests will be 100% happy. + A clean and cozy studio, enough equipments so you can stay comfortably, clean enough to cook and live. Bathroom is clean and new. A lot of light thanks to big windows.
− The location is totally disaster if you don't come with car you should literally hike to reach it no transportation at all. Even if you have a big vehicle in size you have a very tight parking place so as a lady it's almost impossible to park there and you have no other place to stop your car because of the narrow road. Studio is down stairs and the owners living upstairs they don't speak English so you should contact their son to ask for something, the stairs to reach to studio is disaster fully covered with trees and very narrow and you should definitely bend to pas through.

+ The hosts were incredible. Very friendly and very nice. The studio was comfortable and clean. Wi-Fi worked well. Parking on site, even though I had a HUGE SUV. Truly appreciate the kindness of the hosts. Only stayed one night, but could have stayed more as this studio had a well equipped kitchen. Easy drive into Monaco and Eze. There is a steep climb leading up to the property, but well worth the effort. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
