House rules
Occasional work will take place near the house. This will not interfere with the use of the pool and the outdoor area in general, as the work is located on the north side without any direct view of the pool, barbecue, etc. It will be possible to discuss this after your reservation if significant disturbances occur.
The fine print
• A damage deposit of €600 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. That's about $674. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
