Respect for our property is our priority. In the event of a breach of our rules, the following fees will be applied and charged:
Smoking inside: €150 (specialized cleaning and deodorization).
Presence or abandonment of nitrous oxide canisters: €100 (management and disposal fees at a specialized sorting center).
Loss of keys/access badge: €80 (reproduction and relocation).
Extremely dirty (dishes not washed, garbage not emptied, soiled floors): Additional cleaning fee of €50 per hour.
Unauthorized late departure: €50 minimum.
Damage (furniture, torn/stained linens, breakages): Charged at the actual replacement cost.
