+ The location was 1/2 block from the town square. Easy access to the two grocery stores and a few eateries. You could view the square directly from the bedroom window. Apartment was one flight up, easy. Alexandra, the owner, was very helpful throughout the stay, always going above and beyond. She helped us get tickets to a town event. You could get plain or sparkling Spring water from a dispensary in the parking lot, which bottles were provided. (.05-.010 per fill) Bedroom and bathroom were huge. Terrace was huge with a rooster and chickens in the neighboring yard. There was a nice older gentleman who would occasionally sit on a nearby terrace and we had a few broken Italian conversations with him, completely charming. Theres a distant view of the hills and lots of backyards before that. Living room was not practical, just a narrow hallway with a settee. We used our bedroom, kitchen and terrace to watch TV on our laptops. Wifi was good. Kitchen was very well equipped, we cooked several meals. Our main complaint was outside noise at night. Our biggest asset was the size of the place, the proximity to the action and the incredibly nice owner who would do anything for you. She sent a list of recommended restaurants and sites to visit, which we used often. The town is wonderful, full of public art and nice streets to wander through. Most shop owners were very pleasant, especially Cri Cri and the Bar Central run by women. Shopping is limited but there's lots of nearby towns to explore so this wasn't a problem. Had to shut bedroom window and use AC to drown out the noise. AC worked great. Some teens liked to hangout by the entrance and they were noisy with motorbikes coming and going on some nights. + The facility is cozy with exquisite decorative items, particularly, a big balcony to enjoy afternoon tea with beautiful sunset! And the free parking lot is easy to access. The impressive thing is the host Sandra is really kind and helpful., really appreciated! We really enjoy the moment spent in it!

+ The apartment was beautiful and very clean, also in the center of town very close to restaurants and shops. The large terrace is very comfortable and quiet. The town is filled with art installations and had regular events and market days. Alessandra the host is very kind and helpful, and offered several suggestions for things to do in the town and surrounding area..
− Loved everything. Maybe some guests might prefer the small TV in the living area instead of the kitchen.

+ I can't get over the delight of the apartment, the city and the host - Alessandra 😍 The apartment surprises with every decoration, everything fits together beautifully and is also a quiet and nice place with full equipment. Cleanliness in the apartment at the highest level. The view is also charming. The streets in Lajatico are so beautiful - flowers and plants everywhere and at night the streets are atmospherically lit. The area is breathtaking ❤️ This was our most beautiful experience, I hope to come back here because I am very much in love with this place 🥰 All the best for Alessandra, best regards - Stella with family ❤️
