House rules
The electricity meter is read on departure and arrival and electricity consumption is payable on an actual basis. If the consumption is higher than the fixed price, you will be asked to pay the difference.
Please note that pet owners need to pay an additional fee of 100 euros per stay upon arrival.
The fine print
• A damage deposit of €1000 is required on arrival. That's about $1123. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
