+ Sadly not much, in better condition this could have been a nice quiet stay and the enclosed garden for the dog was nice but other than that we sadly had a few issues and I have yet to hear back from the host nearly 3 days later.
− I would like to start by saying that I am aware that some of these matters may seem insignificant or individually not important but as a whole the property did not meet expectations and I have listed some reasons why below: - upon arrival the hot tub was lukewarm. - there was a large hole on the sofa seat. - some items had missing parts. - the wifi code did not work. - there were some stains and splash marks up the wall particularly around the toilet. - no fly or mosquito nets on the windows and doors, as this is by water this would be advisable. - the bed area has restricted space (to be aware as I hit my head in the night). - the hot water ran out after one average shower. However the part of our stay that really led to the concern was that when we got into bed late at night we found what we suspect to be blood stains on the bedding. This indicates it either has not been washed sufficiently or not been changed. As it was late and we had a long drive the next day home we decided not to call the host (could not message due to lack of wifi) but messaged them the next day as soon as I had mobile data to advise of these matters and in particular the hygiene concerns. Sadly we have not received a response to date and as such have been unable to resolve this. Whilst the hygiene issue is the larger concern, had the property been priced reasonable for a Saturday night the other issues may not have seemed worth raising but the price we paid did not reflect the quality of the property we were in. Hopefully some of these matters will be taken on board.

+ Peace and quiet
− We were sent 2 e mails, both with the wrong key code. Luckily, the host answered her phone and we were able to get in. Otherwise we would have been looking for a hotel. There were several issues that we found. However, there has been good communication with the owner and reassurance that things will be rectified. There were things that I should have checked out better before we went which would have prevented a lot of stress.
