House rules
SWIMMING POOL :
From May 1 through September 30, the private swimming pool is open and heated at no additional charge.
In April and October, the pool is available and heated upon request and after confirmation: a flat fee of 100 EUR to heat the pool before arrival, then 25 EUR per night booked. It takes several days to heat the pool; please contact us in advance.
Outside these periods, special openings may be considered depending on the dates, weather, and technical conditions, with a price quote provided before confirmation.
A specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed. It depends on the weather, wind, and how cool the nights are. The infinity pool experiences greater heat loss, even with a heating system that is generously sized for its volume.
Bed linens and bath towels are included. Pool towels are not provided.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING :
A 7 kW charging station is available as an option for 20 EUR per reserved night for the entire stay. This package provides access to the charging station for the entire group, regardless of the number of vehicles; only one car can charge at a time. Please request this option and arrange payment with the property before use.
BEDDING AND CHECK-IN :
The second bedroom can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. Please specify your preferred configuration before arrival.
