+ What a wonderful place to stay! This beautifully renovated former barn has been transformed into an exceptional accommodation full of charm and character. The owner, a lovely French gentleman accompanied by his friendly dog, made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt completely new while preserving a beautiful vintage style with natural stone and wood elements. It was both stylish and very comfortable. Breakfast was a real highlight. It is served in a cozy kitchen where the owner prepares everything with great care. He freshly slices bacon on his deli slicer, cooks delicious scrambled eggs, serves homemade yogurt, local jams, honey, and even makes an excellent espresso on his coffee machine. Everything felt fresh, authentic, and thoughtfully prepared. Although the owner speaks only limited English, communication was never a problem. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had a pleasant stay. We spent a fantastic night here on our way to Paris and would happily return. This is a unique place with a lot of personality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special rather than a standard hotel. What a wonderful place to stay!
