- Esperienza terribile! L’appartamento si presentava in condizioni igieniche decisamente scarse. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato sporco evidente in diversi punti della casa, polvere e residui accumulati, ragnatele, infissi e zone vicino alle finestre in condizioni di evidente scarsa pulizia, oltre a numerosi segni compatibili con forte umidità e presenza di muffa. Le lenzuola emanavano un odore fortissimo, di CANE BAGNATO oltre a un evidente odore di umido e muffa. Non siamo riusciti a dormire per tutta la notte. Abbiamo segnalato il problema immediatamente, inviando il primo messaggio alle 9 del mattino. A cui non hanno neanche risposto, e poi il secondo alle 10:30. Non ci è stato possibile farlo appena arrivati, intorno a mezzanotte, perché gli orari indicati per la “reception” erano dalle 9 alle 18. Abbiamo chiesto la sostituzione delle lenzuola e un intervento di pulizia. Ci è stato risposto che l’impresa di pulizie non sarebbe potuta intervenire e che l’umidità sarebbe stata dovuta semplicemente al periodo, alla vicinanza al mare e al fatto che la casa si trova immersa nel verde. Ci è stato addirittura consigliato di mettere le lenzuola al sole durante il giorno. A nostro avviso, LA CASA NON E' STATA PULITA SUFFICENTEMENTE E LE LENZUOLA NON ERANO PULITE. Abbiamo conservato fotografie e screenshot delle conversazioni che documentano sia lo stato dell’alloggio sia la tempestività delle nostre segnalazioni. Ci è stato inoltre detto che la casa sarebbe stata pulita integralmente il giorno precedente al nostro arrivo, ma, considerate le condizioni che abbiamo trovato e documentato, facciamo davvero fatica a credere che sia stata effettuata una pulizia accurata. Un’esperienza estremamente negativa, soprattutto considerando che si parla di condizioni igieniche e di pulizia, non di semplici dettagli estetici. Esperienza terribile! − Purtroppo non mi è piaciuto niente, la casa indipendente dove picchia il sole tutto il giorno e con 35 gradi si trasforma in una serra, in dotazione un solo ventilatore (consiglio ai proprietari di mettere l'aria condizionata), molto sporca e con ragnatele che probabilmente erano lì da anni, formiche ovunque anche sul tavolo e sulla cucina. La veranda carina ma anche quella una serra e il giardino tenuto male con parecchia erbaccia. L'alloggio corrisponde alle foto (o quasi) peccato che dalle foto non si vede la muffa, le ragnatele, la sporcizia e soprattutto non si percepisce quanto sia calda in estate. L'unica nota positiva è la posizione, in quanto il mare si trova a un quarto d'ora di macchina.

+ Eigentlich gute Lage, ein herrlicher Strand nicht weit entfernt (Spiaggia Marina di Vecciano). Ein Privatparkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Alle Möbeln sind von Ikea, eigentlich nicht alt und zweckmäßig aber...
− - Check-in problematisch, über einen Link, man muss außer allen möglichen Daten noch selfies hochladen. Danach sollte eine Anleitung kommen wie man ins Haus reinkommt, funktioniert aber nicht. Beide Telefonnummern angerufen - geht keiner dran. Nach langem hin und her per Booking wurde die Anleitung direkt zugeschickt. - Fotos sind geschont, entspechen nicht der Realität - innen hat es lange nach verbranntem Holz gestunken (Räucherhölzer?) - Garten ist nicht nutzbar, vertrocknete ungepflegte Pflanzen, es tut Weh die armen Pflanzen anzuschauen. Überall Ameisen, die direkt auf die Füße klettern - An vielen Ecken Spinnengewebe - Große Ameisen, die ins Schlafzimmer gelingen, trotz geschlossenen Fenster und Gitter - Terrasse dreckig und voll mit Ameisen, Fenster dreckig mit Staub und Vogelkot - Vorhänge schützen die Terasse nicht komplett vor Sonne, ab 11:00 bis 19:00 ist es sehr heiß dort, also auch nicht nutzbar - Markiesen auf der Terrasse funktionieren nicht, Schalter und Stecker zugeklebt. - Dunstabzug in der Küche dreckig, verrostet und eklig - Netze auf den Fenstern löchrig, Mücken kommen durch - Jemand kam spät Abends ohne Absprache in den Garten und machte da etwas, aber die Pflanzen wurden trotzdem nicht gegossen - Fernseher kein Smart TV für über 110 Euro pro Nacht! -Geschirrspülmaschine wurde ohne Salz und Klarspüler in Betrieb genommen, es wurden nicht mal die Transportverpackungen im Inneren rausgenommen
