+ I used to live in the neighborhood. What a treat to stay at the Moulin for 2 nights, it is such a lovely landmark with beautiful views of Paris! An atypical place worth visiting. The AC works great, which allowed us to rest after an 11-hour flight and during a nasty extreme heat wave. The Moulin only offers 4 bedrooms, with private access to the rooftop offering expansive views. We felt so privileged staying there. It was quiet. Le Faubourg restaurant is very good, too. I didn't try their breakfast because there is a nice bakery (and food market) strolling down the hill through the park. I used to live in the neighborhood. - Nothing to dislike. A few things you must consider to know what to expect : The street to access the Moulin is 2-way and narrow and leaving the right-of-way isn't always easy. But traffic isn't heavy neither. Just take it slow. The Moulin has no elevator. The staff will offer its help to bring your luggage up to your room. It's convenient to pack a carry-on suitcase for your stay. Breakfast is served no earlier than 9:30. This location also hosts private events such as weddings. You might want to check before booking as it might be more noisy during such events. Nothing to dislike. + The round room in the Moulin was fun, if a bit difficult to navigate. The view of Paris is fantastic. We could see from Sacre Coeur to the Eiffel Tower.
− We had trouble exiting early the following morning, as you have to get out of your car to activate and open the gate.

− No open reception on arrival. Despite the booking confirmation saying prescription was open 11am to 11pm. Waiting on the carpark for 30 mins, came close to leaving. Rainfall shower in the room wasn’t working.
