- There was a bad smell, like there was a dog living in that place. Weather was hot, so we should have opened the windows. But there is no insect net in the windows nor air conditioner. In the middle of the night we couldn’t have possibly slept with the windows open since literally everything and everybody could have climbed through the windows. Ventilating the house for a bit before we slept did not change the smell nor the stuffy air. So we had to sleep like that, which was basically impossible. But the main problem was: my husband took a shower that night and all of the water went under the shower door out into the bathroom, kitchen and living room. The rubber band under the door of the shower is not even with the floor. We of course didn’t know that. So by the time my husband steps out of the shower the whole floor was flooded. Also floors were very dirty. We never wear shoes in our house. Here we were forced to, because after walking around bear foot for like a minute the bottoms of our feet were dirty and dark brown. I wrote to bookings customer service about a week ago: NO REPLY! This was not worth the money and I actually demand a refund for that disaster night. Of course booking just ignores me!!! Thanks for nothing. I have been booking over this platform for years and I might just stop doing it after this!!! There was a bad smell, like there was a dog living in that place. + The location
− The apartment was in poor condition and felt neglected. There were cobwebs and even insects in the rooms. The overall cleanliness was very low – it seemed like no proper cleaning was done before our arrival. The furniture was old and worn-out. The towels were extremely old – likely over 10 years old. The apartment did not match the impression given by the exterior of the building. It did not feel like a welcoming or well-maintained place for guests.

+ Le calme, la fraîcheur et la taille du logement
− Un peu minimaliste en ce qui concerne les équipements : plus de vaisselle, des pastilles pour le lave vaisselle et une deuxième table de chevet avec une petite lampe auraient été appréciés. Des petites choses, mais qui améliorent bien la perception du logement
