House rules
A 50% prepayment of the total amount of the booking is due by bank transfer or PayPal within 3 days of reservation. The property will contact you directly to organise this.
Breakfast is included in the price for the morning after your arrival.
For 3 nights or less, there is a €25 cleaning fee that applies, unless you clean the accommodation before your departure.
For 4 nights or more, the cleaning fee will be calculated in proportion to the length of stay.
