+ Location for this property was excellent and the room was very quiet. We were very thankful for the two freestanding fans in this property
− The keys for the property were exactly where host said the would be. The only instruction that was not clear was after your entered the main door you need to enter the door to the lifts. This was marked private so we did not want to go through but could not find another way in. It would help stressed tired guests if you mentioned in your instructions you had to go through the second door which is market private

+ Location was excellent, within easy strolling range of everywhere you want to be for bars, restaurants etc.
− I had a problem with the lockbox releasing the keys but no-one else has made a comment so it might just have been me. I couldn't work the hob or the coffee machine but, again, it might just have been me.

+ The location is really nice and the apartment is modern and confortable. I like that the owner prepared this booklet that explains clearly everything about the place and that they were really responsive when I reached out to them.
− Judging by the facilities mentioned on the accommodation’s page we were under the assumption there was private parking. But we found out it was free parking on the street. There were exactly 3 bags of coffee for 3 people and no tea. The cutlery was dirty- as it is the renter’s responsibility to do the dishes and we had to remove the bed sheets ourselves. In my opinion, that should be included in the service
