+ Le Poutic is right in the middle of Armagnac and foie gras territory, the 2 main reasons we visited the area. The property is lovely and the guest rooms are very comfortable, but the best part about staying here is the hosts - Isabelle and Floren, They are 2 of the nicest people we have met, both very concerned that we had a wonderful stay. As mentioned in previous reviews, Isabelle is extremely knowledgeable about the area and had lots of suggestions of things we might want to do while we were there. She made multiple phone calls making arrangements and appointments. We had many entertaining discussions with them both and 2 lovely dinners prepared by Floren while we were there. Breakfast was great and Isabelle went out of her way to make sure we had what we wanted . The rooms themselves are not fancy but they are comfortable and very clean. There was lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. There is a shared lounge which we never used but would be a nice space to enjoy a pre-dinner drink. The wifi in the room was great. + We loved everything about this property. Isabelle and Florent were so welcoming and friendly. The property is beautiful and maintained to a very high standard. It is in a very beautiful and quiet location, and the facilities are excellent. The rooms are very well appointed and the bed was really comfortable. We had dinner there on both evenings, cooked by Florent, and it was gorgeous. The weather was fantastic and we were able to eat both breakfast and dinner outside in the beautiful courtyard, which was very special and added to our enjoyment of the beautiful food. + The owners were very hospitable and lovely. We arranged to have food prepared for us onsite which we were very grateful for in the end as there isn't many eateries locally and it allowed us to fully relax during our short stay. We were blown away with how beautiful and well maintained the property, garden and home was kept. The overall experience was beyond our expectations and our favourite part of the stay was getting to know the owners and enjoying the garden and pool

+ The facility and hosts are wonderful. Recommend when visiting the Armagnac region in Southern France. Perfect location for those traveling from northern France to Spain and back.
− It is very beautiful and quiet. The original as a farmhouse dates back 1820.

+ Comfortable, beautifully decorated, modern ……. renovated barn for breakfast & dinner. Isabelle & Floran were so delightful. Very knowledgeable about what to visit locally …… and fantastic cooks. Two delicious meals, best we’ve had.
