+ The kitchen was nice and well equipped, had everything needed for cooking and/or reheating food. There was plenty space and the apartment was clean. The bed was comfortable. It is in a nice residential area and relatively close to the beach and city centre.
− The street was quite loud and the windows open we had to make sure the front door to the room was properly locked or it would swing right open. The espresso machine in our room did not work, that quite disappointing, especially having to provide our own coffee and then wasting it on a malfunctioning machine. The tap in the bathroom was very loosely attached. The WiFi password was only provided on request and didn’t receive until late in the evening when we were already in bed after a long drive. All in all, it was a nice enough stay, and we’d stay again but not more than one night.

+ The place is quiet, few stairs to climb.
− There was a lack of toilet paper and dish towels in the kitchen.
