- An absolutely catastrophic experience. I booked this accommodation for my elderly parents (ages 70+ and 80+, with limited mobility). The front door has a severe mechanical defect and is nearly impossible to open from the outside. At 9:30 PM, we were stranded outside in the dark. I called the host, who lives in another city, and she flatly refused to help, send an assistant, or even do a quick video call because she was 'at a dinner' and said it was 'too late'. We were completely abandoned. We eventually managed to get inside, but my parents were so terrified of the defective lock that they slept with the door unlocked. The next morning, even the host's own assistant struggled to open the door. We had to pack up, leave immediately, and pay for a proper hotel. Despite providing video proof of the defective lock, the host refused any refund and took zero responsibility. Unprofessional, unsafe, and a total lack of basic empathy. Avoid at all costs. − Un micro onde serait le bienvenu, ainsi qu’un rideau sur la porte fenêtre d’entrée pour un peu d’intimité

+ L'emplacement situé à proximité de PAU idéal pour rejoindre cette ville et aussi bien située pour les ballades et les commerces. L'intérieur de la location est très trés agréable dèco, propreté,rien ne manque (peut étre un micro-onde).Et le parking qui appréciable.
− La route qui longe la propriété. La petite boule blanche de vidéo surveillance qui fait que l'on a le sentiment d'etre épié (ou pas ?)
