+ The location itself was quiet and convenient. The location itself was quiet and convenient.
- The accommodation did not correspond to the expectations created by the listing photos and description. Guests should be aware that the rented rooms are located directly inside the host’s private home and shared living environment rather than in a separate guest accommodation building, so travellers expecting privacy or a more independent accommodation experience may be disappointed. The listing presentation is also misleading regarding the room layout and room sizes. The advertised dimensions were very difficult to reconcile with the actual usable space and overall impression of the rooms. The room advertised as 45 m² felt significantly smaller in reality, while the second room advertised as 20 m² had a very low ceiling section, an extremely small bathroom arrangement and a toilet located immediately next to the bed area, giving more of a basic budget-room feeling than a “Deluxe” accommodation standard. The photos create the impression of a larger and more independent accommodation experience, while in reality the rooms felt much smaller and more integrated into the private family house environment. The apartment with terrace shown elsewhere in the listing also appears to be a separate type of accommodation entirely, including access to the pool area, which can create additional confusion regarding what is actually being booked. Upon arrival around 19:30, the host was not aware of our booking and the rooms appeared unprepared. The advertised “Deluxe” room did not match the expected comfort level. The double bed was extremely narrow and too short for two adult guests. Due to the inadequate sleeping conditions, I ultimately had to sleep on the floor. When I asked for an alternative sleeping solution, only thin blankets were provided to place directly on the floor. For a total price exceeding EUR 430 for one night including breakfast, the accommodation quality and comfort level did not justify the price paid.
