+ Excellent location; free public parking near the building; the unit was fully furnished; an operating elevator in the building. Everything in the apartment was working, kitchen had everything I needed, I was happy for the fridge with a freezer. Check-in went smooth - I arrived after midnight and there was no problem with super-late check-in. I received instructions in the message box on the host’s website and everything worked as it was stated in the guidelines. - I spent a night in the studio when there were extremely high temperatures (over 40*C), so it was superhot inside but fortunately there was a fan that saved the night. There is no aircon, so don’t expect cool nights during these tropical heats. I spent a night in the studio when there were extremely high temperatures (over 40*C), so it was superhot inside but ...

- I’ve sent messages right after the check-in that there was barely any toilet paper, but got no reply, so the next morning we had to buy our own (later in the afternoon the cleaning lady brought us one roll) Also, the info email said a hairdryer was available on request so we didn’t bring ours, but the host ignored my texts about it, ended up air-drying long hair. The cigarette smell lingered, and when you pass by bathroom door which is quite close to bed and next to the kitchenette, it smelled like a foul public toilet. I booked this place because it was the only affordable option within walking distance during a major event. Next time, I will book elsewhere much earlier. (You also have to strip the bedding and put it in the laundry bag before checkout.)
