Nestled in the countryside, in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, just two hours from Paris, the charming "Les Peupliers du Perche" cottage is located in a traditional Perche farmhouse and can accommodate up to five people.
Situated in the heart of a 3-hectare natural meadow, this space is particularly well-suited to those seeking tranquility, as well as hiking and nature enthusiasts.
Located 7 km from Mortagne-au-Perche, 14 km from La Perrière, and 17 km from Bellême, the cottage is an ideal base for exploring the region. Mortagne offers a weekly market on Saturdays, all essential shops, as well as an independent cinema and a performance venue.
Guests have access to a private 300 m² garden (garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue), a swing, and 1.5 hectares of meadow.
This holiday home includes:
- on the ground floor: a living room with garden views, smart TV, and a library, and an open-plan eat-in kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
- upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a separate WC with a washbasin, and a washer-dryer.
The price is all-inclusive: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, and on-site parking.
For weekend stays, guests may use the holiday cottage and garden until 6.30 pm on Sunday or on the last public holiday of the long weekend. thus avoiding Sunday evening traffic.
The fine print
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
