+ They had a ceiling fan in the room which I think is very manageable during summer (although we went in September so not really necessary for us). It's much better than no AC at all, which is still pretty common in France. The room was well sized, the bath tub was very big unlike a lot of hotels where everything is cramped. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They had photos of the staff around the hallways which felt like a nice touch, like the employees wouldn't be just numbers on a table. They have a pool that's accessible at no extra cost (tho it was a bit cold for us to go to it). We didn't try the restaurant so I also can't comment on that, but there were a lot of people during the opening hours so it's probably good. - Poor room ventilation. Girlfriend took a hot shower and the room was damp and warm for a few hours. You could open the balcony door, but the balcony is shared with 4 other rooms and accessible by the entire hotel, so you wouldn't keep it like that over night. There was no other window. At least we were facing the back of the hotel. In the front, you're facing a big road so would get loud at night. It's also got no soundproofing so you hear everyone walking around or talking in the other rooms. Ask for a room in one of the houses in the back, not in the main building if you're sensitive to noise or poor ventilation. Restaurant was open for just 2h every evening, which I guess is fine if you're staying at the hotel for most of the day, but too tight a window if you go travelling around the area, like to Mont St Michel which I guess everyone going there does. 15 euros per night for a cat is too expensive. We've been to 4 other hotels the last 2 weeks, most expensive one besides this asked for 6€/night for the cat. Poor room ventilation. + The staff are all fantastic, especially Teo in the restaurant 😍 but everyone super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, lovely modern clean rooms, comfy bed, good quality bed linen. The pool is a great facility and there's lots of relaxing seating areas for drinks or just hanging out. The games and puzzles in the bar are a lovely touch. We loved being able to help complete the jigsaw!!
− Nothing! We visited family close by and it was a perfect base for our trip! Now we have discovered it we will definitely be back!

+ We chose this hotel for its location but it gave us so much more. We were given one of the little cottage rooms in the garden which was perfect. The pool was a welcome at the end of a hot day and the restaurant excellent. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. A fan was provided as soon as we requested for our rom. Lots of parking available close to the premises which was reassuring as our car was packed for a longer holiday.

+ Very nice hotel, staff were very friendly and spoke really good English, which is so appreciated. The room had really modern features like electric blinds and was beautifully clean and stylish and food in the restaurant was delicious. The pool looked lovely although we didn't use this.
− We stayed during the heatwave and the room was exceptionally warm, so a fan or a/c would have been a good feature and was the only thing to affect an otherwise perfect stay.
