+ J’ai particulièrement apprécié la situation géographique de l’établissement, son hébergement flottant sur l’eau, qui offre une expérience originale et dépaysante, ainsi que le jacuzzi, idéal pour se détendre. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le confort du lit, qui m’a permis de passer des nuits très agréables.
− Malgré le cadre exceptionnel et le standing de l’hébergement, j’ai été particulièrement déçu par plusieurs manquements qui ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix pratiqué. Tout d’abord, l’absence totale de bouteilles d’eau mises à disposition des clients est regrettable, compte tenu du coût de l’hébergement et du niveau de confort annoncé. L’absence de fer et de table à repasser constitue également un manque pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Par ailleurs, j’avais commandé un dîner et un petit-déjeuner, mais aucune de ces prestations ne m’a été servie au moment prévu. Seul le problème du petit-déjeuner a finalement été résolu le lendemain. Quant au dîner, je ne l’ai jamais reçu. Enfin, ce qui m’a le plus contrarié est l’impossibilité de joindre le personnel malgré mes nombreux appels restés sans réponse. L’établissement annonçait pourtant une disponibilité du service à des horaires précis, mais cette disponibilité n’était manifestement pas assurée dans les faits. Ces dysfonctionnements sont d’autant plus regrettables que l’hébergement offre un cadre remarquable. À ce niveau de prix, il est légitime d’attendre un service irréprochable, une véritable disponibilité du personnel et le respect des prestations commandées.
