+ We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We kept it as a surprise for our children, and the look on their faces when we arrived at the train was priceless. The train itself is beautifully restored, and the host warmly welcomed us, showed us around, answered our many questions, and shared his passion for the project. He even told us he is already working on two more trains, which was wonderful to hear. The whole experience was great fun and very memorable. Even though it was winter, the train was warm and comfortable. We had a lovely evening, brought our own food, and used the kitchenette to eat together. The shower was hot and perfectly fine in the small shower room. We spent the evening talking, playing chess and Cluedo, and simply enjoying being together as a family. This stay will remain a truly special family memory, and we would strongly recommend this unique experience to others. We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We kept it as a surprise for our children, and the look on their faces...

+ Excellent welcome
− Wifi was poor so watching a film was difficult. We like a dark bedroom so had to improvise to block out light. We'd recommend curtains beside the bathroom for privacy when exiting a small shower. Overall excellent though.

+ Le logement insolite, l'accueil du propriétaire passionné, le confort et la propreté. C'était calme même si accolé au logement des propriétaires, à la campagne. Proche du parc Bocasse et du parc zoologique de cleres. A 30 mn de Rouen. On ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres du wagon mais il est climatisé. Le wagon est bien restauré, avec des pièces de déco vintage chinées ( vrai porte et table de l'Orient Express par exemple. ) C'était un cadeau de fêtes des mères/mères et Noël et mes parents ont aimes. Non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, car il y a des marches à monter. Des restaurants se trouvent aux alentours. Nous avons été à un distributeur de pizza pour le soir.
− Juste la marche de l'entrée à réparer. Notez qu'il faut passer par la chambre parentale pour aller aux toilettes, mais c'est une contrainte dû a la préservation de l'authenticité du train. Personnellement cela ne nous a pas gênés.
