- I cannot recommend this property. 1. Cleanliness on arrival. Cockroaches, spiders with webs, and dead moths on the floor. The flat had clearly not been vacuumed or cleaned before check-in. 2. Toilet. Filthy and with a strong unpleasant smell — unpleasant even to enter. 3. No linen or towels. Not mentioned anywhere in the listing. We tried to message and call the host; our call was hung up on and fully ignored (not in kitchen nor bathroom) 4. No arrival instructions. The property was very hard to find, and we were travelling at night. 5. No air conditioning — not even a fan.The night was extremely hot. 6. Host entering the property during our stay. On check-out day, well before the 11 a.m. deadline, the host came in through the open door while we were still packing and demanded, in a commanding tone, that we clean fully the whole house. 7. Pressure and intrusion while packing. She then stood over us with her hands on her hips, which distressed our autistic child, and repeated her demands. 8. Rudeness. We had already taken out the rubbish, wiped the surfaces, folded the sofa bed and left the flat as we found it — if not better. When we explained we had not vacuumed because the flat was already dusty on arrival, she became openly aggressive, repeating that "this is not a hotel." 9. There were SO MANY BUGS!!! We found a cockroach!! Also spiders and their webs!! All kinds for sure, you can come and write dissertation for entomology degree. We travel frequently and have used Booking for years. We have never encountered this level of disrespect and unprofessionalism. Je ne peux pas recommander ce logement: 1. Propreté à l'arrivée. Des cafards, des araignées avec leurs toiles et des papillons de nuit morts au sol. Le logement n'avait manifestement pas été aspiré ni nettoyé avant notre arrivée. 2. Toilettes.
