+ Just about everything. The owner was exceptional in welcoming us. In fact all the staff are great. The rooms are set back from the road and in our case both overlooked the countryside. Very quiet. Rooms are large for French countryside. They were immaculately clean. The restaurant is particularly good. Fresh, clean and well prepared food. + The food was probably better than average, but in no way made up for an uncomfortable and decidedly downmarket experience. Staff were unfriendly - particularly when we told them our shower was completely unusable because there was nowhere to secure the showerhead and there was no screen or curtain. The response to our request for a room with a usable shower was that, as we booked online, it was not possible to change. No further discussion. Furnishings were dowdy, outdated and dirty - the stairway window had obviously not been cleaned either outside or inside for months. After we arrived, we discovered that most of the other customers had arrived by truck and we were probably the only people there without a Heavy Goods Vehicle Licence. And, talking of driving - wild horses would not drive us back to the Bombardière.

+ L'accueil est très chaleureux, la propriétaire est aux petits soins, hyper réactive et s'adapte à toutes les situations. Les lits sont très confortables, les chambres parfaitement propres et climatisées. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et on peut le prendre dès 6h du matin (pour nous qui voyagions en vélo sous la canicule, c'était super). Il y a un local pour laisser les vélos en sécurité la nuit. Bref tout était parfait. Merci de votre accueil.
