+ Location good, very clean.
− Advert misleading- LUXURY ENSUITE- the rooms were not ensuite. There was a picture of a swimming pool, this was at the leisure centre for which you had to pay. You had to take your shoes off to go upstairs and the room was very small and crowded with unnecessary furniture. Within minutes of arriving they wanted a locksmith to install a lock on our door, we had a birthday party to go to and needed to get ready. Most inconvenient. The proprietor said we will get 20% discount for the hassle but nothing seems forthcoming.

+ This was the most unusual and uncomfortable place I’ve stayed in. Communication was poor (I had to contact to ask about details to get in) they don’t tell you house number until you call to ask. No shower facilities ‘Manager’ un welcoming. I am an experienced traveler, and very rarely review, but I would definitely NOT recommend staying here. I paid £90 because it was close to centre, but in hindsight there is no need, because I I’ve stayed in places equally close and a lot better. Please don’t book this place.

+ There was not breakfeast. It's not an hotel It's juts a house transformed into a motel.
− During my recent stay at that *hotel*, there were a few aspects that did not meet my expectations. Firstly, I found that the cleanliness of my room was lacking; there were some areas that had not been properly cleaned, which made my stay less comfortable. Additionally, the room size is so tiny making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Moreover, the customer service could use some improvement. I had a few questions upon check-in, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive to my concerns. It would be great to have more friendly and responsive service to enhance the overall experience.The address shown in the google map is not the exact location of the facility.It's only when I called that I was given the exact address of the venue. Photos with swimming pool and etc on Booking com are not for that facility. Lastly, I felt that the amenities advertised, such as the fitness center and pool, were nowhere to be seen as I had hoped. I am a frequent traveler and I need to fast forget my stay in that facility.
