+ The property was really great for a one night stay with a group of girls. We enjoyed the hot tub and brought food to cook etc. The house is in a lovely location with great views. It was clean and had all the blankets, towels etc that we needed. It was good value for money for 12 of us staying. Access to the property was easy and although some people did get a little lost with directions, we were able to resolve it easy enough. There was plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery etc which was really good. Although not many of us made use of the games room, it was nice to have as well as the karaoke machine for a bit of entertainment The property was really great for a one night stay with a group of girls. - A BBQ would be nice - we used the oven and for 12 of us I think it would have been easier to have both, esp on a nice day. The garden could also be made a bit more welcoming. It was super for one night but I don't think it would be ideal for longer for a large group, with only 2 showers and one of those being an ensuite. Probably fine for smaller groups though. A booklet with some more info would have helped e.g. how to use the oven, turning on the hot tub jets, were to find bin bags/dish washer tablets etc. A BBQ would be nice - we used the oven and for 12 of us I think it would have been easier to have both, esp on a nice...

+ Quick easy communication & entry. Hot tub was warm for us arriving, pool table and dart board nice touch. Whole house was nice and warm. Won't get much better views elsewhere.
− Need chalk for the pool queue, my excuse for getting beat lol! Place was perfect

− Location - it's very isolated and weren't able to get food delivered to the house so had to drive to the nearest town 15 minutes to collect

+ Brillant house for our get together. All the beds were big and super comfy, the house was clean and the hot tub was ready and warm for our arrival. Brillant communication from the host and in a stunning location... couldn't recommend it more!!
