+ Great location in Louhans right on the main street but quiet. Comfortable and clean. We were a family of four with two grown boys (18 & 20). Supermarket and parking really close by. Recommended.
− Wifi was out. For the door from the street you are dependent on other people in the building to not take the key or leave the door locked. We were locked in one morning and because wifi was out couldn't contact the owner. The power was out on our last morning, but maybe not the fault of the place.

+ The location was suitable for our needs as it was convenient for the railway station. We only needed to overnight before taking a taxi to Branges the following day.
− The staircase and stairwell up to the apartments were somewhat precarious; we were not sure if they were undergoing renovation, but if not, they sure needed to. Soft furnishings inside both apartments were very dated, with a Christmas-themed tablecloth and bed throw (we were there in September). Mismatched cups/mugs, etc, and everything looking just a bit sad and unloved.
