+ We stayed at Luna Guesthouse for one night. It's a modern, spotless hotel, 2 minutes' walk from the station.  The bigger than normal rooms have  a quality bed, big bathroom and excellent towels and  linen. They also offer a small communal room that has tea and (proper) coffee making, as well as a microwave and places to sit. The staff are welcoming, helpful and professional. We had an issue with duplicated room bookings but they responded immediately to our late night call and sorted it out on the spot. The walls are thin, so there's some noise as guests settle in, but it's all sorted by the end of the evening. Would recommend this lovely accommodation.

+ Very Clean, everything looked new, comfortable bed, excellent shower, 2 minutes away from the train station, 10 minutes from the airport via the Pisa Shuttle
− It was quiet the night I stayed but I can understand people saying that it can be loud but that's because the hall way is very echoes so you can hear people coming and going. Just take ear plugs. The plug sockets aren't great for phone chargers.
