+ It's very close to the Bus/Tube station, the Mall, Grocery stores, cafes & bars Restaurants...within 300-400 metres.
− The Host told us not to let any guest or friend visit us in his house... It's private property... so we, being travelers from India, wanted to have some personal time with our London family and friends... it was not possible. We were being told that if he sees anybody visiting us or staying late with us, he will ask us to leave immediately.

+ Location was perfect for us, as it was used as base to attend Wembley stadium for a concert. Facilities were great, very clean and spot on for 3 ladies.
− Very noisy at night. We couldn’t open the windows to cool down as it was super busy all night. Host was very difficult to contact when trying to check in. Took over an hour to make contact with him, and ended up having to speak to Booking.com customer service too. I think the host could email instructions for check-in on the day of arrival so that the problems we encountered were pre-empted.

+ The apartment is in a really good location, parking is great and the apartment is modern
− Getting access to the apartment was a challenge, no instructions sent at check in time, i asked for earlier parking and was told yes from 12 but no instructions sent about what bay we needed. I messaged and called but no reply for 4 hours.
