Security Deposit – £300
A refundable £300 security deposit is required for all reservations. This is managed securely by our property management provider, Hospitable.
Guests will receive a secure link to register their payment card details before arrival. A temporary pre-authorisation hold of £300 is normally placed on the card 2 days before check-in.
No separate payment is collected. The hold is released 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or additional charges. The time taken for funds to become available again may depend on the guest's bank.
Guests must complete the card registration process before receiving their check-in instructions.
