+ I liked that this property had a pool, nice kitchen appliances, washing machine, and that the building was clean. I liked that this property had a pool, nice kitchen appliances, washing machine, and that the building was clean.
- It’s was to far from the metro station and not close to stores. On top of that the room I was given a studio that had a mattress/bed sheets/ blanket that were stained urine. It was disappointing and disgusting. I informed Zaheed who was in-charge of this particular studio. Nothing was done and my husband and I had to sleep on this nasty mattress. Even when we were given clean sheets and blanket it still smelled. I really think that I should get some kind of small refund amount due to the mattress situation. + Place was quiet, Close to my Company. Spacious Room and Washroom. Free Parking
− The Way to the hotel, Map way was wrong. Mobile no. given was not available at that moment when I was searching the way. We stay for 3 nights but no one came for cleaning. Parking was free but no access for the gates, so waited for someone to get in or out who has the card. Host or Helpers should be more responsible when contacted.

+ This is a fun place to stay. It's a little bit off the beaten track and can be difficult to get taxis if they don't know the place. But with transport its perfect. Staff were great and manager Zeehad was particularly helpful. It's very convenient for Ibn Battuta Mall and also for Marina Mall. Bottom line: I enjoyed living there and shall have happy memories of the place. I would be happy to stay again.
− Vacuum cleaner was broken, but they replaced it.
