- I would've given this property a 10, but I marked it down by 1 point because I feel that pre-check-in communication from the management company could've been better. I had asked a question about check-in about 6 days prior to check-in, and I didn't get a response. The check-in instructions also didn't mention that you couldn't get up from the underground parking to the home without a card to use the elevator. I had to walk up the ramp to get outside, have the parking attendant key me in, and then check in with the person at the front desk. Communicating this ahead of time would've been great. However, once I checked in, communication was fairly prompt, so I don't know what happened in the week before I came. Finally, as there's a washing machine, I would suggest that they keep laundry detergent so guests don't have to go out to buy it. + I stayed at this apartment during my trip to Abu Dhabi and really liked the location — it’s extremely close to the airport and right on Yas Island, where many of the major attractions are. Ferrari World, Yas Mall, Warner Bros. World and other highlights are just a short drive away, which made exploring super convenient. The apartment itself was comfortably sized and had everything I needed for my stay. In the same building there’s a fitness studio, a small grocery store, and a swimming pool, which was great. There are also additional supermarkets and a café just around the corner. The beach is within walking distance, which was a big plus. It’s also easy to get an Uber from this location; pickups were quick and straightforward. The only thing to keep in mind is that reaching downtown Abu Dhabi takes around 45 minutes by car — but if you want to stay close to Yas Island, the airport, and the entertainment hotspots, this apartment is a perfect choice. − Air Conditioning in the apartment was dreadful, we weren’t able to adjust it.. I flagged it with my contact and they said it was adjustable, (incorrect) I flagged it again and they said they would look at it… which never happened, very poor.
