- I made the reservation 11 days before going to the accommodation, it turns out that when I called the owner to confirm my reservation, they told me that they did not have any information and that the property was not ready, apart from that they wanted to make me pay more money than I had paid on Booking, at the same time the owner asked me several personal and tasteless questions during our conversation ... Finally we reached a good term (or at least that's what I thought) but the accommodation was not the one shown on Booking, the house was not the same and finally where we stayed was in terrible condition, dirty rooms and the shower in a deplorable state. - Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un appel de la propriétaire, visiblement complètement perdue et incohérente. Elle m’a demandé à plusieurs reprises si j’avais bien réservé le logement et par quel biais. Nous avons ensuite fixé un horaire d’arrivée et elle nous a précisé que c’était le gardien qui nous accueillerait. Le jour J, à l’heure convenue, personne n’était sur place pour nous ouvrir. Impossible de joindre la propriétaire. Fort heureusement, nous avions aussi le numéro de téléphone du gardien. Il nous a expliqué qu’il n’avait pas du tout été informé de notre arrivée par la propriétaire, mais il s’est déplacé rapidement pour nous ouvrir. Un monsieur charmant, qui nous a véritablement sauvé la mise. Il s’est également montré très flexible sur l’horaire de départ. Sans doute en raison de notre arrivée non prévue, la maison n’était pas totalement propre, notamment la salle de bain, et il y avait de la poussière. Il aurait aussi été appréciable que des torchons et un tapis de douche soient fournis, pour un meilleur confort. Dans la salle de bain, il est nécessaire de remplacer la cuvette des toilettes, qui est en mauvais état et de reprendre l’installation de la colonne, dont la fixation est très instable. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un appel de la propriétaire, visiblement complètement perdue ...
