- We booked one night and paid for 3 persons, but apartament was prepared for 2 persons only (no linen for 3rd person sleeping on the sofa). We received excuse that the booking was done late. I understand, but there should be extra linen stored in the room, just in case, but was none. We came for one night very late at night, leaving in the morning, and after arrival, early in the morning, we were asked to well clean the room before departure ourselves: "The checkout procedure is as follows: - Empty the trash - Remove the bed sheets/pillowcases and gather them downstairs, along with the used towels. - Give the toilet and the house a good clean" We normally clean rooms before departure, but the order to good clean it thoroughly and take off linen was odd. It is not a youth hostel to have such rules, the appartment is not in the price of youth hostel. And such requiremens should be stated in advance. Beds are not prepared when you arrive, you have to prepare it yourself in the evening and then take off linen in the morning etc. It was not stated in advance. Moreover, one entrance to the apartament is through unfinished garrage or something, where it was dirty, with some cigarette butts left in a jar, spider's web, old liquids etc. The unfinished garage is open to the yard, so unsafe if you come with small kids. Toilet/Bathroom is only upstairs, in/behind the sleeping room, with very noisy stairs leading up, so any night toilet visits from downstairs wakes up the whole family sleeping downstairs and upstairs and you have to go through the sleeping room to enter the toilet. + Une excellente surprise, et surtout une adresse que l’on recommande les yeux fermés ! L’accueil est vraiment personnel et chaleureux : le propriétaire s’est déplacé pour nous accueillir et a été adorable du début à la fin. Il est également très disponible si besoin, notamment par WhatsApp, tout en restant discret et absolument pas envahissant. Exactement le bon équilibre. La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Tout est extrêmement propre, les finitions sont soignées et surtout, le logement est ultra pratique. Il ne manque absolument rien : du grille-pain au lave-vaisselle en passant par la machine à laver et les stores électriques… tout est pensé pour qu’on se sente comme chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain et sa douche à l’italienne de compétition ! Honnêtement, même dans certains très bons hôtels, on ne retrouve pas forcément ce niveau de confort. La literie est également de très bonne qualité. Gros plus également pour la terrasse située dans l’arrière-cour, qui fait aussi office de parking privé. C’est pratique, calme et vraiment agréable. L’emplacement est vraiment top : le logement se trouve dans un petit hameau au calme, à l’écart de l’agitation, tout en étant idéalement placé pour partir facilement visiter les alentours dans toutes les directions. Un excellent compromis entre tranquillité et situation pratique. Et petite mention sympathique pour les box surprises proposés sur place (payants), une idée originale et plutôt sympa pour agrémenter le séjour. Bref, difficile de trouver quelque chose à redire : un logement impeccable, confortable, parfaitement équipé et un hôte adorable et attentionné. On repart avec une très bonne impression et surtout l’envie de revenir. Une adresse à garder précieusement si on repasse dans le coin !
