Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate.

Once the booking is confirmed, I ask guests to email me a copy of both sides of their ID card or their passport, and to provide their current address.
Bed linen and bath towels are not provided, as managing this is too difficult given that I do not live in the local area.
When I am away, the property is managed by a concierge service that conducts an inspection before and after your stay and reports any issues or damage caused by guests. Neighbors are also nearby should you need anything; they know the house and the surrounding area well—please don't hesitate to ask them for advice, as they are lovely people.
The cleaning fee charged does not cover the full time required to clean the house, its many amenities, and the outdoor areas. I therefore ask guests to leave the house as clean and tidy as they found it upon arrival, ensuring the next guests feel just as comfortable. If you use the fireplace, pellet stove, or barbecue, please clean them as well. Pellets are provided for the winter season, as this is the primary heating source. For the fireplace and barbecue, you may bring your own wood, or a neighbor can supply some for a small fee.

You are welcome to hold small gatherings among yourselves—such as birthday parties—provided the music isn't too loud, as the neighbors are farmers and get up early.
Excessive noise after 10:00 PM is not tolerated following a few incidents of noise disturbance; most local residents work every day—including weekends—and get up early, so please be considerate of them.
