+ We only stayed one night, location is great, really close to disney which is what we required. Apartment is clean, kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The decoration of the apartment is also great.
− We were a family of 5 staying, this was on the booking. The 2 beds were made up, double and single. There was no bedding to make up the sofa bed, so we had 5 people, 3 beds, 3 pillows. This was rather disappointing. Maybe the bedding was tucked away but we couldn't find it. Knowing how many of us were staying it should have been easily accessible so myself and husband had rather a poor uncomfortable night sleep. The lock box was also broken. The host kindly met us as we had trouble finding the apartment and I noticed him struggling to get the key out. We tried for about 10mins to open the box to lock the key away but wasn't able to.

+ The decor was appreciated by our son and the location was spot on for accessing Disney. There was a supermarket nearby which was handy and the apartment was in a secure complex which was reassuring.
− As a family we encountered several issues that detracted from our experience... Firstly, we found the overhead shower to be unsuitable for taller people, as it was positioned at nose level for my husband and unfortunately leaked quite badly. Additionally, there was a large hole in the bathroom wall that was inadequately concealed by a Kallax-style unit. We were also disappointed to discover that the hot tub, featured in the listing, was not maintained. It was dirty, filled with leaves, and not set up for use, leading us to forgo using it entirely. Moreover, the sleeping arrangements were misleading. The photos suggested that there were beds in two separate bedrooms; however, they were actually arranged in the same room, which compromised our family's privacy. The beds themselves were quite hard, and with only three pillows available for two double beds, we had to retrieve one from the couch for our daughter. We encountered additional challenges with the travel cot provided for our baby, as it came with no mattress or blanket. We were fortunate to have brought our own blankets, but had to make do with sofa cushions for a makeshift mattress. Whilst a parking bay was available it seems to have been measured out for a small car as our family sized car barley fit and when another vehicle was parked beside us, we were unable to access the car as we couldn't open the doors wide enough to get in. For reference we are a slim build family and not overweight, so it was definitely the bay size. In the kitchen a safety deposit box had been provided however it was not secured to anything and was so light weight you could pick if up and walk out the door with it. Lastly, the garden area needed attention, as it was messy and unkempt, the BBQ was rusted and there were nettles growing, which discouraged us from using it for relaxation. All in all, while our stay was passable, we left feeling disappointed.
