+ The location was very good, lots of fresh air and space. The house was clean and fresh. The neighbours were friendly and welcoming. The kitchen and shower room were large and modern. The large TV and channels were excellent.
− There was no toilet upstairs. The floor boards upstairs were creaking.

+ appartamento fantastico in una posizione magnifica: solo la visuale dalla finestra del soggiorno basterebbe ed avanzerebbe! praticamente il mare e l'appartamento sono separati solo da un strada, su cui è facilissimo trovare parcheggio (almeno a fine ottobre), quindi posizione fantastica in un paese, Grand-Fort-Philippe, a misura d'uomo, con servizi adeguati e bellissime zone di verde e natura. il proprietaro è disponibilissimo per accoglierti al meglio al tuo arrivo con indicazioni sulla casa e su servizi ed attrazioni della zona. al piano terra c'è la zona giorno con tavolo per 8 persone e finestra vista mare, comodo divano di fronte ad una grande smart tv e con un'ampia cucina con tavolo alto per la prima colazione, forno e microonde eccellenti, ed ogni accesssorio per cucinare con spazi abbondanti, compreso il frigo molto grande. da qui si accede ad un giardino con barbeque, tavolo e divanetti per un relax fantastico anche all'esterno. salendo le ripide e strette scale (da valutare per chi ha problemi di mobilità) si accede al primo piano dove si trovano 3 camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e vista mozzafiato sul mare, e due con 2 letti singoli e vista sul giardino posteriore, uguale per tutta quella serie di case a schiera. i letti sono comodi, le lenzuola mordbide. bagno: qui c'è un punto che non metto nelle cose negative solo perché a noi è andato bene comunque, ma non sarebbe il massimo...è al piano terra in soggiorno, quindi con la necessità di dover fare le scale dalle camere da letto, è ampio, c'è la lavatrice, con un bel lavandino ed una doccia da film, grande e piacevolissima, ma...il wc non è nella stessa stanza ma qualche metro più in là, vicino all'ingresso, in uno spazio veramente piccolo e non riscaldato: ripeto, niente di non gestibile, ma per lavarsi, anche solo le mani, bisogna attraversare il soggiorno... wi-fi velocissimo, riscaldamento perfetto, tapparelle elettriche, ottima insonorizzazione

+ Das Haus liegt super und ist mit (fast) allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir wurden mit einem gesunden und gut gefüllten Obstkorb begrüßt. Technisch und optisch ist alles sehr gut in Schuß und wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Es waren reichlich Reingungsmittel im Haus. Sehr schöner Garten mit Grill und Sitzmöglichkeiten, kurze fußläufige Entfernung zum Strand und zu Lokalen, die wir alle zum Essen gehen empfehlen können. Auch gegenüber vom Kanal in petit-Fort-Philippe kann man sehr gut essen und durchaus den Standseglern zuschauen. Die Cote d'Opale ist wirklich schön und die Lage des Hauses bietet sich für ausgedehnte Fahrradtouren und Ausflüge an. Unsere Wandnachbarn haben uns mit frischen Kräutrn aus dem Garten versorgt und die Menschen aus dem Ort sind immer liebenswürdig und plaudern auch gerne mit Besuchern.
− Wir haben lediglich einen Staubsauger vermisst, denn auf den Fliesenböden staubt es, die Krümel vom Baguette sammeln sich auch an und mit den vorhandenen Besen war es nicht so gut zu reinigen. Wir haben aber auch nicht gefragt, ob wir einen bekommen können. So wie ich unsere Vermieter einschätze, wäre der wohl sofort da gewesen. Also eher unsere Schuld. Bei den Betten war ich sehr am schwitzen, ich weiß nicht woran es lag, aber ich habe kein Plastik gesehen. Vielleicht war es die Microfaser. Aber das ist sicherlich sehr individuell. Und man muss wissen, dass man für eine Mülltrennung drei Sorten Müllbeutel benötigt (gelb/grün/grau). Es gibt aber nur einen Mülleimer und der Restmüll kommt nur in den jeweiligen Beuteln in den einen vorhandenen Müllbehälter. Fairerweise muss ich folgendes schreiben: Grand-Fort-Philippe liegt ja zwischen Calais und Dünkirchen, wenn Ihr dieses Haus bucht, bekommt Ihr wahrscheinlich gelegentlich etwas von den Migranten nach England mit. Wir haben uns aber nicht unsicher oder so gefühlt. Die Welt können wir und auch unsere lieben Vermieter leider nicht ändern. Aber Ihr solltet zumindest davon gehört haben.
