House rules
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.
Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:
0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/
5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/
12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price.
Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
From 29 October 2025, a £5 daily congestion charge will apply to cars driving through central Oxford – please check if you need a permit.
Guests travelling by car can use nearby public car parks, including Westgate Oxford Car Park (OX1 1TS), approximately a three-minute walk from the hotel, or Worcester Street Car Park and Oxpens Car Park, both around a five-minute walk away.
When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies . Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Parking must be reserved before arrival.
