+ We have previously stayed at Sesta Presa, a sister property of the same family. As that one was not available, the owner recommended this location instead. This property is a beautiful, spacious rustic farmhouse converted to include modern amenities and comforts, but without losing its rustic charm. A five minutes drive from the busy tourist town of Caorle, this property seems world apart. It is quiet, relaxing, set in a working field but set only a few hundred feet off the main road to town. The downstairs features a large living room, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room. The upstairs features several bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The property was clean and updated, and completely met our needs for a week long vacation. As stated, Caorle with restaurants and supermarkets is approx 5 minutes away, allowing for a quick run to get fresh bread for breakfast, or an evening out in one of the many restaurants. There are other towns nearby, with Roman ruins approx 20 minutes away, or beaches with nature preserve approx 20 minutes away. A car is a must to explore, but a bicycle would be sufficient to visit Caorle as there is a smooth bike path running right in front of the property. - The property is amazing, and we appreciated the rustic nature, but if I had to select something that could improve, it would be better sealing screens on windows and/or working air conditioning. This region becomes pretty hot and humid, and the area is known for mosquitoes. We had experienced two separate thunderstorms during our stay, and the metal window shutters were pretty loud as they would not stay open, and I was not about to lean out of the window to shut them during a thunderstorm. + Ein Zraum.von einem Haus mit riesigem Garten. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und teilweise mit Klima. Überall Fliegengitter vorhanden. Tolle neuwertige Bäder. Auch zum draußen sitzen, egal ob im Carport oder Garten, war alles vorhanden. Die Lage außergewöhnlich. Paar Minuten Fahrt und man ist direkt in Caorle. Das Haus völlig einsam und alleinstehend. Super
− Gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln, vielleicht dass ein Backofen fehlt, aber sonst war alles vorhanden. Tolles Geschirr, Inventar auch alles top.

+ Wunderschönes Haus mit Atmosphäre. Geschmackvoll restauriert. Die Sanitäranlagen ganz neu. Super Ausstattung. Riesiger Garten. Sehr viel Platz. Nach Caorle zu Fuss oder mit dem Rad.
