- We booked 3 deluxe king rooms and requested them to be near each other which we got told was fine. When we arrived we got told we were all separated in different buildings so as we were with children and couldn’t be separated we had to downgrade 2 of our rooms to be told to king rooms. When we looked at our rooms they were barely double so when I went and told reception they were too small I was told they had already given our original rooms away and they couldn’t refund us the difference after I had paid for deluxe king and were now in a very small double. I wouldn’t have minded if they had told us months prior that our rooms could not be together but they said they would be. It advertised that there was food in the evening but the kitchen was shut and the bar was shut. Luckily there is a supermarket next door for us to get food. The breakfast was ok as we knew it would be continental.
