+ We stayed in Maso Noce for skiing holidays, 2 adults+ 2 children. The apartment was perfect for our group as it has a living room with kitchenette and 2 separate bedrooms. For a bigger group it could be too small. But we were happy with its size, comfort and location! The host was very kind and although he didn't speak English we could comunicate well through a person from a hotel whom he called by phone. + Sicuramente la posizione,anche se non molto centrale ma conoscevamo già Mezzana perché c’eravamo già stati e quindi come posizione devo dire buona
− Purtroppo devo recensire questa struttura in maniera davvero negativa a partire dal fatto che la casa viene presentata e venduta per 5 persone ma in realtà appena arrivati ci si rende conto che è piccolissima e con spazi veramente angusti a differenza di quanto mostrato in foto. All’interno è presente un “letto matrimoniale” ma in realtà sono due materassi singoli uniti solamente da un lenzuolo differenti tra loro e scomodissimi pur avendo pagato la modica cifra di 1700 € per 5 notti. Sempre in proporzione alla cifra spesa all’interno della cucina era addirittura assente il forno e nel bagno, la doccia e la lavatrice perdevano acqua perennemente. Dalle 23:30 in poi la TV smette di funzionare e parliamo di una TV 24“ piccolissima perché a detta del custode si crea il ghiaccio sulla parabola e quindi inutilizzabile….Perció è inutile pubblicizzare una TV se non la si può utilizzare. Infine la ciliegina sulla torta è il custode, che al check-out dopo aver ritirato in contanti una cauzione di 150 € nell’eventualità che si rompesse dei mobili datati 1.200 a.c. si è messo a contare i cucchiaini , le forchette e i coltelli neanche fosse un servito di Versailles. Ad un certo punto il custode si gira con aria scocciata dicendo “manca un piccolo cucchiaio” …..li faccio notare che il cucchiaio è rimasto all’interno del caffè che avevamo portato da casa e che avevamo gentilmente lasciato per gli ospiti che sarebbero venuti dopo…silenzioso annuisce e non preferisce parola….ripeto abbiamo pagato 1700 € per un soggiorno di 5 notti oltre 300€ a notte …..Come si può vedere dal mio profilo non sono al mio primo viaggio e ho una certa esperienza di alberghi e di appartamenti e devo dire che anche la recensione prima della mia ricalca fedelmente ciò che sto dicendo peccato non averla letta prima. Concludo dicendo che se volete fare profitti e guadagni con immobili disabitati almeno offrite servizi adeguati o chiedete cifre congrue agli oggetti che avete.
