+ Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the farewell! A place you won’t forget — and, most importantly, a place you won’t want to leave. Close to Orvieto, yet surrounded by the peace and tranquility of the countryside. We felt at home from the very first moment. The hospitality, care, and atmosphere made the experience truly special. And the best part: my 3-year-old son simply didn’t want to leave! ❤️ I wouldn’t change a thing. It was a perfect experience and a place that will certainly stay in our memories. We will definitely come back! Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the farewell! A place you won’t forget — and, most importantly, ...

+ The main thing is the owners, modest, responsive, intelligent people. Their warm, welcoming attitude towards the guests is very captivating. If you are tired of the noise of the big city, then you should come here. Silence, there are only natural sounds and the distant ringing of a church bell. The house is located on a hill and you have a great view of the valley and other mountains. An old house with a rustic design. There is a wonderful kitchen. Very clean. We were offered homemade pastries, homemade grape juice, and eggs from homemade chickens. The owners gave advice on what to see in their region. We are grateful to them for our vacation!!!! + Valentina and her husband were incredibly welcoming and helpful, showering us with fantastic tips on what to do and where to eat. We also absolutely loved the delicious homemade treats Valentina made for us! The apartment is beautiful and set in a stunning location- the perfect base for exploring Orvieto and the surrounding area

+ Historic building in quiet countryside, but room has fresh renovation and charming original details like a fireplace, ceilings, an old wooden furniture and wine stuff. It feels very atmospheric and romantic, like in a movie :) Сomfortable bathroom with good water pressure and solid doors. There were other guests in the house, but we didn’t met them because we had a separate entrance with a veranda and a small table. Valentina is very friendly — she baked a cake for our arrival and gave us tips on what to visit nearby.
− This is not a traditional B&B. We expected a prepared breakfast, but instead there were ingredients for self-cooking. That wasn’t a problem because the choice was really good: fresh eggs, milk, bread, cereal, homemade jam, etc. The kitchen was a bit limited on utensils for cooking. It would be nice to have more cutting boards, knives and paper towels. There were not salt, papper and kettle (we came at night and it was uncomfortable to ask for it so late).
