+ This was an amazing apartment in a very safe, modern and quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Milan only 10 minutes away from the nearest Metro station, which took us straight downtown. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean and very modern, which also applies to the apartment building and the whole neighborhood. It was controlled through an electronic interface. The check-in process was of the online self check-in type. We would appreciate a more detailed explanation of which garage gate to use (the remote opens both gates and we entered the wrong gate) and where exactly the key box is. The neighborhood also features a local pizzeria (for that late night pizza!) and gives out a completely safe impression. The Internet was working great. We never met the host in person, but Alessandra was very communicative and helpful. This was an amazing apartment in a very safe, modern and quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Milan only 10 minutes...
- The extendable sofa bed was outright horrible for sleeping, The metal frame protrudes out and pushes you in the belly/back and the soft parts make you sink deep. Therefore, we strictly recommend this apartment as an apartment for two (on the king bed in the bedroom). + The most extraordinary attention to detail in all areas that could possibly be conceived. The appartamento was perfect for our family needs and more. I wish we could have been staying much much longer. The location was good and it's not far from buses and new metro (underground) to the city centre, easy to find supermarket called Eurospin, Lidl, Esselunga and food places. It was truly amazing. Highly recommend.
− The lift wasn't working, it would be easier for us to lift all the luggages and pram upstairs from the main entrance.

+ Great location in a new apartment complex, in a gated community. The apartment was clean, look same as in the pictures, everything needed is there. Communication with the host is very easy and quick, messages are answered within minutes. Check in is very easy and parking garage is included; there is a nice restaurant 5 minutes of walk away.
