- The apartment was kinda poor, and mostly old furniture. We had to pay extra for sheets and blankets, received sheets in the agency and make the bed ourself, i have never seen a system like that. In the room there were none hand soap or body wash, no hair dryer, no coffee machine. The pool was closed between 13-15h, although we have arranged with the propriety that we will arrive earlier(around 12:30) to use the pool, they didn’t even mention that the pool doesn’t work between these hours. + The location
− The apartment was just ok, tiny shower, despite the bathroom being an adequate size, so it could have been much bigger. We did not have access to the roof top pool area until one day before we left. The agency blamed the apartment complex for keeping the doors locked & the apartment complex blamed the agency for not providing us with a key to access door. A key appeared on our apartment table when we returned to the apartment late one evening (Friday), so we could only use it for Saturday. There was sand on the bedding, someone had obviously taken the quilt to the beach. Despite us using the clean linen we had to pay extra for, the bed was still sandy. There was no bottle opener, I had to buy one, or wine glasses, just tiny ordinary glasses. The apartment was not reasonable in my opinion for the amount we paid. As a valued genius level customer, I feel extremely disappointed & dissatisfied.

− Good evening. Our room was a complete disappointment. The refrigerator was on all night, everything was torn, the shower was very small, you couldn't turn around in it, the shower stall didn't close completely. The washing machine turned on after the tenth attempt. The hood in the kitchen didn't work, there wasn't even a kettle. It wasn't announced at the beginning that we had to pay for the bed, for the sun loungers, the Wi-Fi was terrible. In general, the positive points were your quick response to the breakdown of the air conditioner and the close location of the parking lot.
