- The house is really nice and the apartment is of high quality and bright however, what is really strange to me considering that the price per night is over 300€ is that the furniture is not only of poor quality but I also seems like it was mixed together of left over pieces from the owners personal house, the bed is 35cm wider than the mattress, the sofas are very cheap and there was one single pot in the kitchen (no pan or anything else). The blankets very all of different colors and not warm enough, like I said mixed together and not very fitting... The electrical blinds where not working so it was not possible to adjust brightness (all where open and down the whole time which also did not help to enjoy the nice sea view). The curtains were held in place by a broom holder? The house is really nice and the apartment is of high quality and bright however, what is really strange to me consid...

- layout of appartment, quality of beds, AC not working super well, pool water that has a bad taste... My kids did not want to get into the pool. No beach towels included, not enough dishwasher or laundry product at all, not even a bit of oil to cook a basic food meny. The concierge was absolutely lovely but so many details related to the appartment that made our stay unfortable. + Do NOT Stay there! We never checked in for numerous reasons. The unit is located on the bottom floor from the entrance. The elevator is out of service ! The staircase is round and only two feet wide. A big suitcase cannot fit the staircase! No railings on staircase! Pool out of service! The host did NOT advised us that Elevator and pool are out of service. Further the gate entrance is right off Main Street and dangerous to drive in, parking only for small cars , NO SUV will fit.

+ Nothing! at agreed time we arrived at the location (15:00) cleaning lady was still in progress of cleaning the other apartments. After waiting in 38 degrees outside we requested the manager to cancel the booking as cleaning would take at least 2 more hours. We only would stay one night. Manager agreed 100% refund. However, after a couple of days booking informed me that only 50% will be refunded. I think this is not friendly and deceiving

− Der Lift war die ganze Zeit defekt und wir mussten das ganze Gepäck die drei Stockwerke über eine steile enge Treppe nach unten und wieder nach oben schleppen.
