• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• Piscine #1 is closed from Sun 19 Oct 2025 until Fri 15 May 2026
• A damage deposit of €200 is required on arrival. That's about $224. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
