The property is around 10 minutes from Ellon and within easy reach of Aberdeen, approximately 13 miles away.
We are approximately a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and Forvie National Nature Reserve, home to a well-known seal colony.
Newburgh-on-Ythan Golf Club is nearby, and Trump International Golf Links is approximately a 9-minute drive away, with several other golf courses within the surrounding area.

Guest rooms include a flat-screen TV with BBC iPlayer access, tea and coffee-making facilities, a desk and bed linen.
All rooms are en-suite with a shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
