+ The property is located well for travelling to Monte Pora for skiing. We were 25 minute drive. Hired a car which was useful. There is a MD supermarket 5min drive from the property. Place is quiet and beautiful. Place had two big bedrooms and an upstairs area with bunk beds. Only one bathroom but we just made do with that. There was a hairdryer and toilet rolls. Plus big bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Towels for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped. Microwave and hob. Plenty kitchen utensils. Big fridge and freezer. - Didn’t have an oven which we knew about. The heater in the kitchen a bit temperamental but it didn’t get too cold anyway. Alarm went off a couple times. Floor cold so take slippers. - I felt completely misled by this accommodation. We arrived in the evening, around 6–7 pm, opened the door, and were immediately hit by a strong musty smell that made us feel nauseous. I contacted the owner, who told me this had never happened before. She offered to send someone at 8:30 pm to spray an odour neutraliser. However, we were already exhausted, and as I am allergic to mould, spraying scented products into the property was certainly not an acceptable solution. I asked whether there were any mosquitoes, as I was considering sleeping with the window open for a few hours, since we had to leave early the following morning. The owner assured me there were none. On top of that, the mosquito screens were practically useless: they did not reach the bottom of the windows and were left partially open. As a result, the house was swarming with mosquitoes, and I was unable to sleep at all. I spent the entire night awake, dealing with the mosquitoes, despite having specifically asked the owner about them and being assured there were none. A few days later, out of curiosity, I checked the listing again and discovered that a previous guest had already reported the same problem! So much for being told it had never happened before. The next disappointment came when we went to the sleeping area. There were two double bedrooms, with beds made up using extremely cheap IKEA duvets, without even a duvet cover. The single beds, meanwhile, were placed at the top of the stairs in the hallway, not in a separate bedroom. Therefore, this property absolutely cannot be advertised as having three bedrooms! There were other issues too: dirty dishes left in the drying rack, supposedly clean dishes stored in a cupboard, a coffee machine with not even a single coffee pod provided, a kettle that was completely brown inside, and a sofa covered in stains.The main door barely open And to top it all off, we were charged an extra €15 for our little Brittany Spaniel for just one night. + Gestore cordiale e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Vicinanza con il centro paese e con i servizi (alimentari, bar, parchetti). Stanze molto grandi e confortevoli. Balcone comodissimo per stendere i panni e ben schermato in caso di pioggia.
− Per le mie esigenze avrei gradito più utensili da cucina (tagliere, tovagliette, forno, lavastoviglie ecc) wifi e la possibilità di avere in casa una lavatrice.
