+ Though small, the room has all you need for a confortable stay; more than many similar rooms. Little things like washing up liquid, salt & pepper even coffee pods for the coffee machine, and hot chocolate. A good fully functioning smart TV. Studio 2 is backyard facing so nice and quiet at night. (Studio 1 is roadside so prob more noisy). Directions and info all very good. I used as a base for visiting Alexander palace. Walking distance. Short wallk to Wood Green underground and to buses. Plenty of shops and eateries nearby too. Though small, the room has all you need for a confortable stay; more than many similar rooms. - The room was slightly cold. You have no direct access to heating. There is a central heating radiatior which can be adjusted but, it is only on at certain times (beyond your control) and it wasnt at all hot even when turned fully open. It was a suddenly chilly, wet night when I really wanted more heat but couldnt get it. Room wasnt cold, but not comfortable either. Thats my only issue. The room was slightly cold. + Good Location. Friendly and immediately responsive hosts. There was an initial issue with the keys which was resolved in 5 minutes... you can't say fairer than that!! Thanks again for this. + Did I enjoy my stay? Short answer: Yes! The location is great - just a few minutes walk from Wood Green Station, just as described. It’s located in a friendly neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, supermarket and shops, making my stay more convenient than I expected. The host is responsive and helpful, and has prepared all the basics including shower gel, shampoo, fresh towels etc. Would definitely stay here again for my next visit in London!

+ Stayed here for a finsbury park gig and while it is slightly further away from there the location is prime for getting to and from here. Spotless room and an absolute bargain. will stay here again:)

+ Très belle établissement pratique si on souhaite rejoindre le stade de Tottenham. La chambre était propre et les objets mis à ma disposition pratique.
− Très peu insonorisé, beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit et j'ai trouvé difficile de fermer la porte lorsque je suis sorti de l'établissement pour me balader
